Blind Tiger Feeling Grape Vol. 2

Just when we thought the good times were past & gone, suddenly we found ourselves thrust into the presence of a certain grapeness rumored to be lost forever & the promise of sweet, sweet times were upon us not soon but now… That the writing was not so much written on the wall but smeared or maybe stained, like our teeth, lips, & tongues: purple, red, & blue. That’s right folks, it’s not only a good time but a GRAPE time to drink coffee, for we have excellent coffee from Honduras (our 1st from the 2023 harvest)! Much like our 1st Feeling Grape, this too is a community lot from the grape, grape farmers based in the villages of Cielito, Cedral & Las Flores. It’s a blend of coffee varieties grown in the area like Pacas, Yellow Catui, & Pacamara, which creates complexity. Once harvested, all over/under ripe coffee fruit is sorted out. All remaining fruit is left out to dry in the sun on screens & rearranged every 1/2 hour for 15 days to ensure fruit is dried evenly. Extended fruit contact time & native yeasts create the big fruit vibes natural processed coffee is so well known for having. Commitment to details like this ensures that this coffee is fruity, not funky... a really grape cup of coffee :)
